About Our Client
Michael Page is seeking an organised and efficient Receptionist/Admin professional to join their team on a contract basis. In this fast-paced, client-focused environment, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors while also handling essential administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Job Description
- Reception duties: Answering and directing phone calls, greeting clients and visitors, and managing general inquiries.
- Administrative Support: Assisting with general office admin tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Document Management: Ensuring accurate filing and organisation of legal and confidential documents (both physical and digital).
- Data Entry: Updating client records and maintaining up-to-date office systems.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Booking appointments and meeting rooms, assisting with calendar management.
- Office Supplies: Monitoring and ordering office supplies as required.
- General Office Assistance: Providing support to other departments and staff as needed.
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally within a legal or professional services setting.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional telephone manner.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
