We are seeking a skilled Construction Contract Administrator to join our prominent clients in Toowoomba. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating client and subcontractor contracts, supporting Project Managers with project coordination, liaising with clients, suppliers, and other parties, tender response evaluation, taking minutes, and following up on meetings.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced professionals to work with well-established employers in the Toowoomba and Darling Downs region. Our goal is to assist them in placing talented individuals in both permanent and temporary capacities.

Responsibilities
  • Create client and subcontractor contracts, ensuring timely completion and compliance with industry standards.
  • Support Project Managers with project coordination, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other parties to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Evaluate tender responses, ensuring they meet the necessary criteria and are aligned with business objectives.
  • Take minutes during meetings, maintaining accurate records of discussions and decisions made.
  • Follow up on meetings, ensuring actions are completed and deadlines are met.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Expertise in contract administration, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong general administration skills, including proficiency in software applications such as MS Office.
  • Exceptional organisation skills, enabling you to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to identify ways to improve procedures, contributing to continuous process improvement.
  • Ideal tertiary qualification in a construction/property related field.
Estimated Salary Range: AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum
