- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other parties to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Evaluate tender responses, ensuring they meet the necessary criteria and are aligned with business objectives.
- Take minutes during meetings, maintaining accurate records of discussions and decisions made.
- Follow up on meetings, ensuring actions are completed and deadlines are met.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Expertise in contract administration, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong general administration skills, including proficiency in software applications such as MS Office.
- Exceptional organisation skills, enabling you to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to identify ways to improve procedures, contributing to continuous process improvement.
- Ideal tertiary qualification in a construction/property related field.
