Business Improvement Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Business Improvement Professional to join our organisation. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual with strong business acumen and the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships with all stakeholders at various levels.

The role of Business Improvement Professional involves leading continuous improvement initiatives with both internal and external stakeholders, utilising Lean principles to ensure the effective identification, documentation, and implementation of process improvement projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leverage Lean principles to drive process improvements
  • Promote Continuous Improvement (CI) within operational areas and support, coach and mentor CI champions
  • Built strong relationships to ensure ongoing business success
  • Ensure improvement progress and outcomes are communicated to all levels
  • Collaborate and define best practices and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of business process fundamentals
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
  • Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
  • Advanced computer literacy skills - MS Suite and Web-based applications
  • Lean process exposure
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying and actioning improvement initiatives
