Job Title: Training and Quality Expert

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented leader looking to make a difference in the global telco industry? As a Training and Quality Expert, you will play a crucial role in improving customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and organize projects to enhance quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity

• Complete projects efficiently to achieve quality improvement goals

• Develop and implement strategies for performance excellence

• Oversee the inspection of incoming materials to ensure compliance with requirements

• Recognize and reward team members who contribute to the company's success

• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to evaluate performance excellence projects

• Provide regular updates, feedback, and reports to the management team on project progress

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in learning and development program management, preferably in customer support and people management

• Prior experience in Human Resources (training and/or recruiting) is a plus

• Familiarity with learning management systems

• Experience establishing and running a quality assurance program involving service delivery

• Understanding of work optimization programs such as Six Sigma or other improvement methodologies

• Effective time management skills

• Experience working towards deadlines with credibility, integrity, and professionalism

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Ability to lead a team to achieve project outcomes
