Role Overview


We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and deliver multi-country payroll services for a diverse portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will oversee the full payroll cycle, ensuring accurate data collection, validation, and timely processing in compliance with local and international regulations.


This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced payroll specialist to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional client service. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, lead project planning, and manage cross-functional workstreams. Your expertise will help clients navigate operational changes, enhance efficiency, and remain compliant with evolving payroll standards across jurisdictions.


Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end monthly payroll process for clients in various countries and jurisdictions, supporting or leading the implementation of global payroll platforms, validating payroll data across digital platforms, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of payroll, providing guidance and solutions on payroll-specific issues raised by clients, identifying and implementing improvements to internal and client-facing payroll processes, and managing stakeholder relationships and coordinating cross-functional collaboration.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in payroll.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
