Senior Payroll Professional Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on a leadership role in managing the end-to-end monthly payroll process for clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Management: Oversee the entire payroll lifecycle, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of payroll across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
  • Platform Implementation: Support or lead the implementation of global payroll platforms, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  • Data Validation: Verify payroll data accuracy and completeness across digital platforms, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Client Guidance: Provide expert advice and solutions on payroll-specific issues raised by clients, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in payroll management.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and implementation (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP).
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance requirements and best practices.
