Case Management Specialist

This is a highly specialized role within the HMAS Cerberus Command Element. As a Complex Case Management Assistant, you will provide direct support to the team in managing complex and sensitive personnel issues.
The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across different teams. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, providing policy advice, and drafting reports on sensitive matters.
The successful candidate will have experience in case management, preferably in a defense-related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain the complex case register
- Coordinate staff meetings regarding complex cases
- Communicate effectively with other teams
- Draft correspondence related to case management
- Liaise directly with work groups to ensure information is communicated effectively
