Job Title: Front Of House Duty Manager Casual Pool

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Front of House Duty Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has experience in supervising events and functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient supervision and delivery of customer services for all events and functions at our venues. This includes managing contractor staff, ensuring all setup, operational staffing, and safety requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage contractor staff to ensure high-quality customer service
  • Coordinate event logistics, including setup and operational requirements
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve event objectives

Requirements:

  • Front of house experience in a supervisory or leadership position
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification
  • First aid certificate (or ability to achieve prior to commencement)
