We're seeking an experienced Process Engineer with a track record in delivering projects involving water and/or wastewater treatment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver complex water & wastewater treatment projects for clients in our Northern NSW region and nationally.
- Play a lead role in balancing technical work, design management, project management, operational support, business development, client engagement, and mentoring.
- Work with a high-performing team to deliver various NSW, Australian, and international water and wastewater treatment projects.
You will bring significant value to the team with:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Process Engineering, coupled with at least 8 years of experience in water or wastewater treatment process engineering, concept design, and detailed design.
- Strong client relationship skills, project management skills, and experience in preparing winning proposals.
- Design or planning skills in water or wastewater treatment, including process design, producing technical reports, developing engineering drawings, specifications, and tender documentation for water or wastewater treatment infrastructure.
- Experience with using process design software, with experience in plant hydraulics being highly desirable.
- Project management or design management experience, together with a willingness and ability to mentor and provide direction to junior staff.
- A strong understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes and systems.
