Job Title: Water Treatment Project Lead

We're seeking an experienced Process Engineer with a track record in delivering projects involving water and/or wastewater treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver complex water & wastewater treatment projects for clients in our Northern NSW region and nationally.
  • Play a lead role in balancing technical work, design management, project management, operational support, business development, client engagement, and mentoring.
  • Work with a high-performing team to deliver various NSW, Australian, and international water and wastewater treatment projects.

You will bring significant value to the team with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Process Engineering, coupled with at least 8 years of experience in water or wastewater treatment process engineering, concept design, and detailed design.
  • Strong client relationship skills, project management skills, and experience in preparing winning proposals.
  • Design or planning skills in water or wastewater treatment, including process design, producing technical reports, developing engineering drawings, specifications, and tender documentation for water or wastewater treatment infrastructure.
  • Experience with using process design software, with experience in plant hydraulics being highly desirable.
  • Project management or design management experience, together with a willingness and ability to mentor and provide direction to junior staff.
