Learning Facilitator

As a Learning Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing learning plans to drive operational excellence. This position involves training new and current employees, collaborating with stakeholders, and focusing on improving operational metrics by standardizing process execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and facilitate comprehensive training programs for entry-level employees, assessing their progress and tracking program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with teams to prepare and coordinate training events based on site/regional needs, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Build trust with peers across the organization and collaborate on regional learning projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for onboarding, coordinating all training needs and facilitating certified job and compliance training.
- Facilitate ongoing audits, badge creation, data entry, and retraining, ensuring area readiness and organization for all Learning Experience areas.
- Travel between local sites to provide maximum coverage in the region, maintaining accurate records of key metrics and monitoring adherence to standard work and quality.
- Escalate any barriers to the Learning Manager or appropriate escalation point, ensuring timely resolution.
