Early Childhood Educator Role

The primary goal of an Early Childhood Educator is to create a secure, engaging and inspiring environment for children aged 0-5 years through play-based learning.

As an Educator, you will build rapport with children, engage in conversations and design learning experiences around their interests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to document children's progress through observations and assessments against learning outcomes
  • Utilize imagination, creativity and critical thinking skills to enhance the program
  • Collaborate as part of a supportive team environment that values information sharing and teamwork
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education
  • Current first aid/asthma and anaphylaxis management certification
  • Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check
  • Knowledge of Child Protection practices and the National Child Safe Standards
