Job Title: Learning and Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Learning and Development Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in coordinating training logistics, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth running of learning initiatives for our geographically dispersed workforce.

About the Role:

  • Schedule and communicate training sessions with internal and external facilitators.
  • Maintain learning records and assist with compliance tracking and reporting.
  • Liaise with employees and managers regarding development opportunities.
  • Help produce and distribute learning materials and evaluation forms.
  • Assist in updating and managing content on our Learning Management System.
  • Support the delivery of onboarding and induction process, including mandatory training.
  • Contribute to internal communications that promote learning and growth.

About You:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, HR, or learning support role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office and digital learning tools.
