Required Skills and Qualifications

  • You will demonstrate a talent for building capability across diverse levels, backgrounds, age groups and abilities.
  • A background in service industries, ideally in hospitality, is desirable but not essential.
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment qualification is required.
  • Advanced communication skills are necessary.
  • Strong stakeholder management is essential.
  • Versatility to facilitate, develop content and ensure all admin and compliance is kept up to date is vital.
