Job Description

As a senior leader in the information technology landscape, you will be instrumental in driving innovation and efficiency through the development of strategic solutions. Your expertise in enterprise information management will enable our organization to stay ahead of the curve in compliance with NSW Government regulations and industry standards.

  • You will design and implement innovative technical solutions using the Microsoft solutions stack, Power Platform, and Azure AI tools, combining strategic oversight with hands-on delivery.
  • You will provide specialist technical advice to ICT teams and business citizen developers, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft 365, Power Platforms, Entra, information protection, and compliance capabilities.
  • You will act as the key ICT contact for e-discovery processes such as GIPA and Standing Order 52 requests.
  • You will develop programs to enhance the adoption of Microsoft 365 across business and project teams, delivering tailored solutions to support strategy, operations, capital projects, and external partners.
  • You will manage vendor relationships to ensure that we partner with the best in the industry.

This role requires a confident communicator who can solve complex business challenges by leveraging the right mix of people, process, and technology.

Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a dynamic environment, and has experience in managing corporate information and records. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform is essential.

A successful candidate will have implemented info systems, especially AvePoint Opus, in an organization with experience in a NSW Government agency being highly advantageous.
