Position Overview

Our organization is seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our IT function through a period of change, modernisation, and integration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transformation and ensure alignment with overall business goals and long-term strategy.
  • Steer the IT function towards successful execution.
  • Collaborate with the global IT team.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the UK team to align platforms, integration, and data strategies across the group.
  • Oversee core IT functions.
  • Ensure full accountability for IT operations, enterprise systems, infrastructure, data integrity, and cyber security.
  • Deliver complex and challenging projects on time, within scope, and with measurable business value.
  • Drive digital transformation by identifying and implementing opportunities for technology modernisation, automation, and innovation.
  • Lead and develop people through periods of uncertainty and change.
  • Maintain the integrity, security, and compliance of all data systems in accordance with local regulations.
  • Shape and execute a forward-looking technology roadmap that supports the strategic direction of the business.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Senior IT or Technology executive with strong integration and transformation experience.
  • Proven success leading enterprise systems, infrastructure, and engineering teams.
  • Able to operate strategically while maintaining hands-on delivery capability.
  • Highly skilled in managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • A confident and empathetic leader and communicator.
  • Passionate about developing and mentoring teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading enterprise systems, infrastructure, and engineering teams and be able to operate strategically while maintaining hands-on delivery capability.
