Job Summary

  • Coordinate projects and activities to achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop and deliver reports, briefings, and other written content that showcase the organization's impact.
  • Improve data quality, outcomes, and reporting through analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with business units to provide support and ensure a productive working environment.
  • Adhere to workplace policies, prioritizing health and safety.
Requirements
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
  • Effective written communication skills, including report writing, briefing preparation, and content development.
  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and data quality improvement.
  • Emotional intelligence, demonstrated through team collaboration, verbal communication, and relationship building.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and data systems.
  • Knowledge of community development principles and monitoring and evaluation concepts is desirable.

A formal qualification in social sciences, monitoring and evaluation, community development, or similar is desirable.
