- Build strong relationships and generate repeat referrals, performing short-term counselling with people who have sustained a workplace injury (with SIRA eligibility required).
- Actively contribute to a multi-disciplinary team environment, with opportunities for training and coaching as the team grows.
- ASORC-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor with all levels of experience welcome, offering great training and development opportunities.
- A confident communicator, comfortable working independently and in a team, with a driver's licence and car.
- Energetic and positive, with a passion for making a difference to the lives of others.
