Job Overview

Star HR is seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work with clients from various schemes, including CTP, Comcare, Workers Compensation, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct industry-specific assessments and services
  • Case management – building strong relationships with all stakeholders
  • Completion of high-level written reporting
  • Opportunity to expand and broaden your caseload to other areas, including EAP and workplace training

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counsellor, with relevant registration and membership (AHPRA, ASORC, etc.)
  • Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is desired but not essential
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good relationship-building ability
