Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our industry-leading provider in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working with clients from various schemes, including Comcare, CTP, and Workers Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct industry-specific assessments and services
  • Manage client cases, building strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Prepare high-level written reports
  • Expand and broaden your caseload to other areas, including EAP and workplace training

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counsellor, with relevant registration and membership
  • Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is desired but not essential
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
