The Role:
  • Proactively manage a moderately sized caseload of Workplace Health clients, focusing on quality and achieving outcomes.
  • Conduct vocational assessments and counselling, attending case conferences and liaising with stakeholders to facilitate RTW outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships and generate repeat referrals, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
  • Perform short-term counselling with people who have sustained a workplace injury, with SIRA eligibility required.
  • Actively contribute to a multi-disciplinary team environment, with opportunities for training and coaching as the team grows.

  • An ASORC-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor with a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
  • All levels of experience welcome, with great training and development opportunities available.
  • A confident communicator, with excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Energetic and positive, with a strong desire to make a positive impact on the organization and its clients.
  • A driver's licence and car, with the ability to travel to client sites as required.
