About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team at Pinnacle Rehab. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support and rehabilitation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients with psychological or physical injuries, conducting vocational assessments and reports.
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans to facilitate safe and timely graduated return to work.
  • Communicate effectively with medical professionals, clients, and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide vocational counselling and support to clients to help them regain confidence and independence.
  • Document case notes and reports to ensure compliance and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Associate or Full membership with ASORC as a Rehabilitation Counsellor.
  • 4th year Psychology Graduate enrolling in a Grad Dip or Masters in Rehab Counselling.
  • Tertiary Qualification - Graduate Diploma or Masters in Rehab Counselling.
  • Car and valid Driver's license.
  • Police check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement.
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and work autonomously as part of a team.
