  • Leading leasing negotiations to optimise income is a critical aspect of this role.">
  • Overseeing capex and opex budgets across the portfolio with operational support provided is also key.">
  • Presenting asset performance and strategies to senior stakeholders and investors is a key part of this role.">

About You:

  • We are seeking a commercially sharp and financially astute professional with 5+ years' experience in asset management within property funds, investment management or institutional real estate.">
  • Strong financial modelling skills and ability to interpret complex data are essential.">
  • A track record of delivering improved asset performance and NOI is required.">
  • Experience with industrial/logistics assets is preferred.">
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills are necessary.">
  • Ability to leverage operational support to stay focused on strategic initiatives and portfolio growth is key.">
