Industrial Asset Manager

This is a career-defining opportunity for an experienced Industrial Asset Manager to join a leading fund manager on a premium portfolio.
The role involves managing large-scale A-grade industrial assets and driving investment returns through strategic delivery of asset management services.
- Assist in driving team performance and improve operational efficiency
- Develop personal and professional brand as a market leader in the industrial property sector
- Create and deliver asset management strategies to maximise property income and returns
- Understand key deliverables required for each fund and appoint/manage external leasing agents
- Network and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the industry
- Monitor and supervise internal or external property managers and facility managers
To succeed, the ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Property or a related discipline
- 5+ years' experience in industrial asset/investment management
- Solid market knowledge of various industrial markets
- Previous experience in managing a team of property managers
- Strong financial acumen, commercial awareness, analytical skills, written and verbal communication skills
