Food and Beverage Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage professional to join our team as a Duty Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services across various outlets and events.

You will work closely with our Supervisors to provide hands-on training to the team on customer service standards, menu knowledge, dietary needs, and drinks. Your responsibilities will include supporting your colleagues with guest interactions, resolving any issues that may arise, and ensuring feedback is handled promptly.

Additionally, you will assist with stock control and stock takes, as well as accurate billing for our guests. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our team members are presenting themselves in line with our grooming and hygiene standards.

If you have previous leadership experience in a food and beverage outlet or conferencing environment, we would like to hear from you. You should have a strong understanding of food and beverage service standards and guest expectations. Confident communication skills, good interpersonal and team support abilities are essential. A positive and professional approach, with a focus on guest satisfaction, is required. Flexibility, organization, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment are also necessary.

A current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is a must-have. Experience using Micros, Opera & 7Rooms is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Provide hands-on training to team members on customer service standards.
