Ministerial Liaison Coordinator Job Description

As a Ministerial Liaison Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive and the Minister for Education and Training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the flow of correspondence and documentation to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Provide administrative support to the Office of the Chief Executive and the Minister, including managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to manage competing priorities and improve workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience as an Administrative Officer.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to improve workflow efficiency and achieve departmental goals.
