Clinical Nurse Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our clinical team in the Acute Medical Unit at Calvary Care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with Calvary and relevant Government Health policies and procedures.
- Plan and implement nursing care in consultation with individuals, groups, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Contribute to patient and staff safety and wellbeing by identifying and reporting hazards, incidents, and near misses.
- Support and respect team members, communicating effectively and demonstrating a commitment to the team.
Requirements:
- Registration with AHPRA and a current practising certificate.
- Working with Vulnerable People Check.
- Demonstration of maintenance of CPD points.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to build relationships with all stakeholders.
