Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care Unit at Calvary Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe and effective patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Contribute to the development and implementation of unit policies and procedures
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- 2 years of clinical experience in an acute hospital setting, with ICU/HDU experience an advantage
- Ability to work unsupervised and make sound decisions in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
