Nurse Practitioner

At Calvary Care, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse to join our team in the Acute Medical Unit. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care, adhering to Calvary and relevant Government Health policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Contribute to a safe and respectful work environment by identifying and reporting hazards, incidents, and near misses.
- Support and respect colleagues, communicating effectively and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork.
Requirements:
- Registration with AHPRA and a current practising certificate.
- Working with Vulnerable People Check.
- Demonstration of maintenance of CPD points.
- Demonstrated clinical competence in the area of specialty.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to build relationships with all stakeholders.
