Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Critical Care Unit at Calvary Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing safe, effective, and appropriate patient care in a patient-focused environment.
The Critical Care Unit is an 11-bed combined ICU, HDU, CCU with a key focus on Cardio-Thoracic Surgery, Neurosurgery, and Interventional Cardiology. Our team is committed to providing the highest level of care to our patients, and we are looking for a nurse who shares our passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high standards of care to all patients
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, changing environment
- Ability to escalate care of deteriorating patients
- AHPRA Registration
- Demonstrated 2 years clinical experience in an acute hospital setting, ICU/HDU experience a bonus
- Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently, and in an organized manner during periods of high demand and activity
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills
