We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our clinical team in the Acute Medical Unit at Calvary Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care in accordance with Calvary's policies and procedures, and relevant Government Health guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to plan and deliver nursing care that meets the needs of our patients.
- Contribute to a safe and respectful work environment by identifying and reporting hazards, incidents, and near misses.
- Support and respect colleagues, communicating effectively and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork.
- Registration with AHPRA and a current practising certificate.
- Working with Vulnerable People Check.
- Demonstration of maintenance of CPD points.
- Demonstrated clinical competence in the area of specialty, if required.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to build relationships with all stakeholders.
