About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5+) years related experience with Mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting in a manufacturing setting.

In this role, you will be responsible for directing all reliability and maintenance activities to ensure that maximum operational potential is realized for plant operation. This includes leading, supporting, and training site maintenance technicians.

You will also be responsible for overseeing and training mechanics, providing support where needed, designing, fabricating, and installing new equipment, and enhancing existing equipment through process improvement and upgrades.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and motivate team members.
