Overview of the Role

We are thrilled to present opportunities for skilled Operations Support Staff to become part of our dedicated teams at various locations. Our facilities accommodate between 300 to 3000 guests, providing a dynamic work environment.

Successful candidates will engage in diverse tasks across multiple sectors, including Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Retail Services.

Employment Types Available

*Casual roles entail work as needed, with no guaranteed hours or ongoing schedules.

*Full-time positions offer stable, rotating schedules, with options varying by location.

Candidate Profile

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Relevant experience in the hospitality sector
  • Skills in high-volume cleaning and attention to detail in food service or housekeeping
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team
  • Capacity to perform well under pressure
  • Flexibility to work day and night shifts as required
  • A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate or willingness to obtain one
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening
  • National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
  • Documentation confirming work rights in Australia
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with cash handling (preferred)
  • Experience in remote work settings (preferred)
  • Current Driver's License (preferred)

Application Process

  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a brief video introduction.
  • Follow-up discussions with the Recruitment Team will occur for completed applications.
  • Candidates must complete necessary paperwork and provide relevant pre-employment documents, including a recent National Police Check.
  • A Pre-Employment Medical Assessment is required.
  • Candidates will receive a verbal offer, followed by a contract.
  • Successful candidates will attend an induction program.
