The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Stellar Recruitment. As the first point of contact for our clients and candidates, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and administrative support.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet visitors, ensuring a positive and professional impression.
  • Answer the main phone line and take messages in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Assist with general administrative duties, including managing the mailbox, meeting rooms, and kitchen upkeep.
  • Support the recruitment team with medical bookings and scheduling.
  • Handle document control and manage filing systems.
  • Assist with invoices, expense claims, and other finance-related tasks.
  • Book and organise training sessions for staff as required.
  • Provide executive support, handling ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth operations.
About You
  • Polished and professional, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • A friendly and welcoming demeanour, with a proactive and positive approach.
