As a Home Lending Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and guiding individuals through the home buying journey. Your primary objective will be to build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and business partners, consistently demonstrating professional credibility, trust, and confidence in every interaction.
Your key responsibilities will include identifying and understanding customers' objectives and goals, utilizing effective questioning techniques to uncover their financial needs. You will possess a deep understanding of product features, processes, and policies to lead lending interviews with confidence, facilitate customer retention, and identify further financial needs through needs-based conversations.
Additionally, you will resolve and respond to customers' queries or complaints in a timely and effective manner, dealing with a variety of internal and external customers to deliver outstanding customer service. You will also stay up-to-date with broader market trends, economic changes, and industry developments impacting customers and the organization.
