Home Loan Advisor

You will help customers find, buy and own property with confidence. The demand for mortgage professionals is higher than ever.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage walk-ins, online leads and in-store appointments with high-intent customers
  • Guide customers through the home loan journey from search to settlement and beyond
  • Submit deals to our processing team, freeing you to focus on your local community
  • Leverage our offering to earn referral income from buyer's agents and conveyancing

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain it)
  • A background in sales or customer service roles
  • The drive and determination to contribute to the growth of your retail store
  • A passion for helping customers achieve their homeownership dreams
