The role involves operating hand tools to support the processing of recycled timber into furniture, as well as engaging in recycling and reclaiming timber to promote sustainability.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have lived experience with a disability, enjoy hands-on, physical work, and be willing to work in outdoor environments. You will also need to have good communication skills and the ability to follow directions.
