Experienced Bridge Design Leader

The position of Senior Engineer demands a Professional Engineer (PE) license and equivalent work experience. This role oversees overall design activities, project submission schedules, and ensures the final product meets technical requirements and client objectives.
Main Responsibilities:- Performs independent planning and design tasks, reviews work of others, prepares construction documents, and delivers projects to completion.
- Maintains collaborative relationships with project team members and possesses knowledge of codes and standards applicable to design projects.
- Develops schedules, technical proposals, and labor hour estimates, working closely with project teams to describe and deliver the scope of work.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant Engineering field from an ABET-accredited school or related field of study.
- Minimum 10 years of job-related experience, including transportation-related bridge design experience.
- Licensure/Certification: Professional Engineer (PE) required.
- Proficiency with Microstation, Open Roads, InRoads, and other related software programs.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, along with organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
