Crane Maintenance Specialist

The role of a Crane Maintenance Specialist involves working with mobile and fixed cranes, conducting inspections, fault diagnosis, repairs, and preventative maintenance. This is a hands-on, site-based position ideal for a mechanically or electrically skilled technician with extensive knowledge of crane systems and associated equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on crane systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic techniques
  • Prepare detailed service reports and safety documentation in compliance with industry standards
  • Maintain open communication with site supervisors and clients to deliver timely services and meet customer expectations
  • Adhere to all site safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in crane maintenance and servicing, with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Possession of a mechanical or electrical trade qualification, such as a certificate or diploma
  • Current EWP, Working at Heights, and Confined Space tickets are mandatory for this role
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
