Job Description

As a Principal Strategy Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, well-researched advice to senior management on service-related strategy, policy, planning, reporting, and performance issues.

You will manage projects and research tasks as required, contribute to the development of Branch goals and objectives, and make a positive contribution as an effective team member.

You will also prepare complex correspondence, briefings, and submissions for senior management, the Minister, Cabinet, and other diverse audiences in accordance with organisational requirements.

Effective consultation and liaison with high-level stakeholders within the organisation and relevant Government and non-Government organisations is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
