Job Title: Finance Business Partner

As a finance business partner, you will play a vital role in driving financial success. You will be responsible for partnering with various stakeholders to provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations.

This is a highly visible and influential role that requires a combination of strong financial acumen, business partnering skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will oversee commercial finance functions and form part of the local management group.

The successful candidate will have CA/CPA or equivalent qualification, relevant experience in a senior finance role, demonstrated people leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience operating as a business partner to operational stakeholders is also required.

We are looking for someone who can lead, guide, and mentor a team of four, act as a trusted advisor, collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop and implement financial strategies, conduct financial analysis, prepare monthly management accounts and reports, and provide guidance on pricing, profitability analysis, and cost optimization.
