Senior Engineering Leadership Role

As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for driving major Structures & Systems Engineering outcomes. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact on the Aerospace enterprise.
- You will scope and approve pre-Gate 2 activities within an air defence program, working closely with the Capability Manager to support development of pre-gate scope definitions and associated scoping documents.
- Overseeing development of engineering artefacts (Functional Performance Specifications, Test and Evaluation Management Plans, Statements of Work, etc) is another critical aspect of this role.
- In addition, you will provide engineering support to Department and Government submission development, facilitating and managing Industry and US Government engagements in the development and execution of work packages.
- Mentoring and developing engineering staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles is also a key part of this position.
This opportunity requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of engineering principles and practices.
