Software Engineering Director

We are seeking a visionary Software Engineering Director to join our organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a distributed team of engineers through hiring, coaching, mentoring, feedback and hands-on career development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time. You will demonstrate sound engineering principles by directly contributing toward your team's goals and supporting timely delivery of technical solutions to address business needs.

In this role, you will effectively set and manage expectations with other engineering teams, senior management and external stakeholders. You will also advocate and advance modern agile software development practices and help develop and evangelize great engineering and organisational practices.

You will grow a healthy collaborative engineering culture in line with the company values and be an active part of the leadership team collaborating with other leaders in the organisation.
