Director of Strategic Customer Engagement

ServiceNow seeks a seasoned professional to drive strategic customer engagements and revenue growth in the ANZ region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end deal strategy for complex transactions, developing creative commercial structures and negotiating with senior client executives.
  • Develop and implement a programmatic approach to support regional sales organizations and cross-functional teams in closing large, complex deals.
  • Utilize collaborative account planning, pipeline development, opportunity review cadences, deal coaching, and thought leadership to maximize market opportunities and accelerate sales cycles.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in the software industry, with 7+ years of consultative direct sales experience into Enterprise accounts, preferably selling SaaS.
  • 5+ years of selling experience within the ANZ market, with 2+ years of Large Deal or Corporate Strategy/Business Development experience.
  • Demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience, with strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with ability to interface and negotiate with senior client executives.
Success Metrics:
  • Closing large and complex deals over $5M+
  • Customer feedback and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
