The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of construction insurance and be able to describe insurable risk to clients, design appropriate insurance solutions, negotiate and manage the best deal in the global insurance market.

Responsibilities include managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, taking a proactive approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with underwriting partners, managing your own budget, sales plan, and debtors, and providing mentoring and coaching to more junior employees.
