Job Title: Leasehold Coordinator

This role is a crucial part of our team focused on contract management and stakeholder engagement across the Parramatta to West Ryde area.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in residential property management/leasing, strong interpersonal communication skills and a Class 1 Real Estate License.

The successful candidate will have tenacity and drive to navigate a challenging rental market and a creative mindset to solve problems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Building relationships with private real estate agents and landlords to encourage them to lease properties to social housing tenants.
  • Researching potential properties for lease to social housing tenants.
  • Conducting property inspections, securing properties and managing the lease-signing process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Class 1 Real Estate License.
  • Previous experience in residential property management/leasing.
  • Tenacity and drive to navigate a competitive rental market.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • A creative mindset and willingness to think outside the box to solve problems.

  • A current driver's license valid in NSW and willingness to travel within the local area during work hours.
