Job Title: Residential Property Maintenance Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Residential Property Maintenance Specialist. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal functioning and maintenance of residential public housing properties.

The key responsibility of this role is to undertake and report on field inspection activities, scoping and monitoring the delivery of work, verifying contractor compliance with maintenance contract requirements, and developing and implementing planned maintenance programs based on Property Assessment Survey (PAS) data and local knowledge.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of Australian Building Codes, Australian Standards, Government, or commercial probity and contracting standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Understanding of Australian Building Codes, Australian Standards, Government, or commercial probity and contracting standards
  • Relevant qualification and/or sound construction building maintenance and/or building construction experience/exposure
  • Field inspection experience and measurement of performance against standards
  • Extensive experiences and knowledge of residential property maintenance and improvements
  • Scoping experience - desirable
