We are looking for an exceptional Property Coordinator to join our team and assist in the management of our growing residential property portfolio. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support to our landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Show properties to prospective tenants and provide detailed property information, ensuring that we attract the right candidates for our vacancies.
  • Process applications and screen prospective tenants to ensure we find the best fit for our properties, aligning with our customer service ethos.
  • Prepare and execute Residential Tenancy Agreements with precision and attention to detail, guaranteeing seamless tenancies.
  • Conduct thorough Condition Reports to document the property's condition at the start and end of tenancies, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Follow up on tenant arrears and negotiate payment plans when necessary, fostering positive relationships with our tenants.
  • Resolve and manage maintenance issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring that our properties are always well-maintained.
  • Liaise with tenants daily to address their needs and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Issue notices for Termination or Rental Increases as required, staying compliant with regulations and standards.
  • Perform routine property inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards, maintaining our high standards.
Requirements
  • A background in property management is highly desirable, but not essential, as we are open to applicants from related fields.
  • A current Certificate of Registration is advantageous, but not mandatory, as we can support your professional development.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Attention to detail and high standards of written and verbal communication, maintaining our professional image.
