Senior Building Manager Role

We are seeking talented individuals to join our residential property management team as senior building managers, building managers, and relief managers.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential properties, including liaison with stakeholders, move-ins/outs, and loading dock management.

You will also be expected to inspect buildings for non-compliance and track maintenance schedules, attend committee meetings, and prepare reports to ensure seamless property management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders across the property
  • Manage move-ins/outs and loading dock operations
  • Inspect buildings for non-compliance and maintain accurate records
  • Attend committee meetings, prepare reports, and provide recommendations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to residents and stakeholders

Necessary Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in property, hospitality, or retail sectors, along with excellent communication skills, strong relationship management abilities, technical acumen, and coachability. A positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to learning and growth are essential qualities for this position.
