Assistant Store Manager Position

This leadership role involves overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring efficient sales processes and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior management to drive sales performance through effective merchandise sales and inventory management.
  • Work closely with customers to provide personalized shopping experiences and styling solutions.
  • Coach and guide sales teams to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Support with day-to-day store operations, including rostering, financial performance, administrative tasks, recruitment, and onboarding of new team members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and customer service targets, driving store performance.
Requirements:
  • Strong retail background with 2-3+ years of experience in sales and customer service.
  • Commercial acumen and results-driven mindset to turn strategies into success stories.
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and guide teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Resourceful with a can-do attitude and ability to solve problems and provide solutions.
  • Able to balance customer care, team development, and administrative tasks.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Australian citizen or resident with right to work in Australia and valid visa.
