Senior Home Claims Manager

We are looking for a skilled leader to manage our complex claims teams, ensuring high-value claims are handled efficiently and transparently. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, operational guidance, and mentorship to the team, driving business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
About the Role- Manage the Home Claims Management team within the Large Loss cost pool, overseeing every stage of the claim from lodgement to settlement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver expected outcomes and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve annual Home Claims and Assessing business goals.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of high performance and integrity.
- Establish regular reporting and analytics to monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement system builds and change management initiatives, ensuring successful execution and organizational agility.
- Cross-functionally collaborate with departments to resolve systemic issues, drive root cause remediation, and implement process improvements.
About You
- Demonstrated leadership experience, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a track record of driving business results.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Exceptional understanding of financial levers and commercial acumen.
